Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Advanced Analytics and machine learning to solve complex business problems and identify opportunities in one of the largest private fleets in the nation.

• Develop predictive models and business opportunity models to analyze trends, profitability, and lifetime value.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into strategic initiatives for business efficiency.

• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to promote data-driven decision-making across the company.

• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security by adhering to data handling policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Preferred Master's degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Math, Statistics, Engineering, Physics).

• 3-5 years of experience in Advanced Analytics, data science, or a similar role.

• Expertise in predictive modeling, machine learning, data mining, and big data analytics.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (SQL, Python, R, SAS) and visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data findings.

• Strong problem-solving skills and an innovative approach to challenges.

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge or willing to learn Microsoft Power Suite (Power Automate, Power Apps)

• Experience with data lakes (Azure), data warehouses, Snowflake, Databricks, H2O Driverless)

Our Sr. Advanced Analytics earn between $106,100 - $178,200 USD. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
