Job Description:

The person in this position will provide support & admin functions to our scheduling deparment including but not limited to:

• Scheduling techs based on location, skill set, availabliliy
• Schedule emergency work orders
• Confirming next day jobs with customers
• Updating system for days off and other availbility/schedulig/work limitations
• Working with our internal team on various paperwork (work orders, etc.)
• Reporting: Google Docs, Excel Sheets and other systems
• High Volume calling and data management
• Additional responsibilities as needed.
