Job Description:
The person in this position will provide support & admin functions to our scheduling deparment including but not limited to:
- Scheduling techs based on location, skill set, availabliliy
- Schedule emergency work orders
- Confirming next day jobs with customers
- Updating system for days off and other availbility/schedulig/work limitations
- Working with our internal team on various paperwork (work orders, etc.)
- Reporting: Google Docs, Excel Sheets and other systems
- High Volume calling and data management
- Additional responsibilities as needed.
