Senior Accounting Associate

```Responsibilities```
- Perform general ledger accounting tasks, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments and collections
- Process payroll accurately and in compliance with company policies and regulations
- Conduct regular audits of financial data to identify discrepancies or errors
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Prepare various financial reports for management review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions
- Provide support during internal and external audits

```Skills```
- Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft or similar accounting software
- Excellent financial acumen and understanding of general ledger accounting principles
- Proficient in accounts payable and receivable processes
- Experience with general ledger reconciliation and financial statement preparation
- Knowledge of payroll management processes and regulations
- Accurate 10-key typing skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data effectively
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy
