Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and actively participate in daily and monthly close processes, focusing on accounts receivable, payable, and budgetary control.
• Monitor workflow and productivity, ensuring efficiency in financial operations.
• Provide analysis and reports to management as needed.
• Excel in account reconciliations and general ledger management.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing operating budgets and reforecasts.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of business taxes, licenses, form 1099, real estate taxes, and regulatory filings.
• Compose monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements.
• Perform other ad-hoc accounting and financial reporting tasks as directed.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, with a minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
• Proven track record of working independently and delivering results.
• Strong supervisory skills, with the ability to manage projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Business Central.
• Proficiency in Excel is a must.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
Onboarding Details:
Your onboarding process will include 30-60 days of training in Southern California, providing a comprehensive introduction to our organization and operations.

$6,000.00 – $6,500 per month
