JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and record daily revenue journals from Revenue Subsidiary ledger (moving to Salesforce)
- Oversee the periodic reconciliation of accounts on the GL related to revenue
- Monitor investments and cash for the company's foundation
- Lead and coordinate the annual budget creation process
- Manage statistical data loaded into the accounting software for analysis
- Work with staff, manager, and executive leadership to prepare ad hoc analysis and reports as requested
- Partner with VP of Finance and Global Operations to liaison with insurance broker to mitigate the company's exposure to casualty risks and request certificates of insurance
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred)
- 5-10 years of accounting/finance experience
- CPA License
- Strong Excel, Sage Intacct, Salesforce, and SQL skills
- Strong leadership, communication skills, and ability to effectively organize and prioritize wide range of tasks with various deadlines
