Senior Accountant

Duties:
Performs general accounting functions for the department and work closely with other members of the Accounting Team. Provides supervision of personnel and leads within the department when the manager/supervisor is unavailable. Knowledgeable of GAAP principles and, for Hospital Accounting roles, OSHPD guidelines for financial preparation. Skills:
Minimum of 5 years' accounting experience
Working knowledge of general ledger systems
Demonstrated ability to lead others.
Preferred:Hospital/healthcare experience; experience in Hoag's current ERP/Financial system
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
