Senior Accountant

Position : Senior Accountant
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
Duration: 10+ Months (Contract)
Job description:
• Full Responsibility for the Accounting of Client Sales & Marketplace US and Canada
• Prepare and actively perform monthly financial review meetings with management
• Review and approve reconciliation of the balance sheet and income statement for Client’s Sales & Marketplace US and Canada on a monthly basis
• Project Management for new business implementations, incl. coordination with various departments to ensure proper accounting treatment and implementation
• Actively participation with the preparation of PEI’s Consolidated Financial statements according to IFRS, incl. implementation of new standards/ requirements
• Support with the preparation of Budget and Forecast
• Prepare Internal Controls and external Auditor requests.
Experience/ Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required.
• Min. 5 years accounting experience is required.
• Extensive personal computer skills in Microsoft Office required including PowerPoint and excellence in Excel.
