Account Manager:This is where you come in.

We're looking for an Account Manager to be responsible for meeting with identified customers on an assigned cadence to review, enhance and/or identify opportunities. You will act as a point of contact with existing customers to answer queries, increase client satisfaction and address clients' needs while providing education on the services we offer. You will also be a key part in the mentorship of your team. Top deliverables in the first year to be a hero:

• Conduct in-person customer experience check-ins and gather/update information on assigned clients (e.g. company size, needs and pricing plans)
• Provide ongoing mentorship and training opportunities to Account Management team
• Engage in operational and capital expenditures strategies with key customers for long term planning and goals
• Identify sales leads across business units and manage the timely handoff of information utilizing established processes
• Communicate and identify all the services MacDonald-Miller has to offer at an established building to facility manages, property managers, building owner and business owners

The Account Manager role reports to Chris Hays - Senior Account Manager on a collaborative team working on a variety of projects and initiatives to support our growing business. This highly visible role interacts with all levels and functions within the organization.

Your Background:What kind of person will thrive in this role?

You should have...

• A track record of understanding of Mechanical Systems and how they operate
• Expertise leveraging a deep understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems to explain services to existing clients
• College degree and/or 5-7 years of relevant work experience - Past Mechanical experience is a plus
• Solid understanding of customer relationship management software and MS Office & Excel

Compensation: Base rate of $125,000-$160,000
