Summary: The Safe Hands Account Executive is responsible for identifying new business revenue opportunities and generating new business by leveraging their sales experience, network of real estate professionals, closing and in-person presentation skills. The Account Executive will support the sales strategy for assigned territory by developing and retaining a quality residential client base of Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Brokers, Lenders, Builders, Attorneys. Additionally, the Account Executive will develop and retain contacts through the acquisition of new business and existing customers to attain maximum sales volume and develop maximum potential volume from all markets for Safe Hands products and services. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an upbeat personality and pleasant demeanor to become a valuable asset to this office. Experience in real estate is preferred, however not required.
Expectations:
- After 30 days: The Account Executive should be able to create marketing materials for the office, agents, and events. They should also be able to respond to agents’ requests as needed.
- After the first quarter: The Account Executive should have developed and retained a quality residential client base of Title Agents, Brokers, Lenders, Builders, Attorneys, and others through the acquisition of new business and maintenance of existing customers.
- After the first year: The Account Executive should have met sales quotas or revenue targets as set by management.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain business contacts.
- Meet sales quotas or revenue targets as set by management.
- Identify and generate new business revenue opportunities.
- Compile database of prospective customers for use as sales leads based networking, websites, newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, and other sources.
- Develop and create marketing products for the office, agents, and events.
- Attend and support social events.
- Participate in community and real estate events, local trade associations and civic and professional groups.
- Develop and execute a call plan for qualified real estate agents, brokers and their staff, lenders, and attorneys.
- Promote and maintain favorable customer relations by presenting educational training programs and presentations for customers, agents, and others.
- Keep accurate records of calls, expenses, and order volume.
- Assess individual client needs and develop, present and implement a plan to meet those needs.
- Communicates proactively with and responds in a timely manner to clients.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of social media platforms.
- Must have experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Canva
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Marketing Experience including creating new material following brand guidelines.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
