EPA USA Inc. is a 3rdparty litigation and debt collection company located at 3101 N Central Avenue, Phoenix, AZ. We are professional, agile, and innovative. We use our proprietary software not only to increase bonuses but also to control compliance and the names of our clients. We pay our colleagues to travel abroad to unique locations for work and extra PTOs. We send emails, we litigate, and we make car repossessions.
We seek an experienced 3rd party Team Leader to join our growing team. Someone calm, who knows how to talk to consumers, has strong management skills to motivate colleagues, is detail-oriented, and has excellent people skills.
Responsibilities:
- Speak on the phone with debtors & manage a team of 6 collectors
- Handle customer service problems and complaints.
- Read financial records to find payment histories and assets.
- Follow financial records to find the debtors' assets.
