Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a variety of trucks, including roll-off trucks, tractor-trailers, refrigerated trailers, and tankers.
- Transport goods and materials to various locations.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on trucks.
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members.
- Follow delivery schedules and routes efficiently.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a truck driver.
- Experience with roll-off trucks, tractor-trailers, refrigerated trailers, or tankers is preferred.
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance is a plus.
- Familiarity with delivery driver responsibilities and commercial driving regulations.
- Proven track record of safe driving practices.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
