```Duties```
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide employee training, development, and ongoing coaching to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to meet goals
- Monitor sales activities, track progress, and provide regular reports to senior management-
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with cashiers and management

- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a similar to retail
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Results Driven
- Experience in employee orientation, training development, and supervising a team
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
