• Self-storage experience is strongly preferred.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Property maintenance experience is a plus working with facilities such as schools, apartments, self-storage, commercial buildings, etc.
• Ability to quickly learn and utilize new software systems and web applications.
• Self- Starter
• Reliable and excellent with time management skills
• Possess and maintain valid Drivers’ License
• A desire to grow and contribute to a quickly growing organization.
• Ability to pass a thorough background and drug screening test.
