Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the storage facility
- Ensure excellent customer service by assisting customers with their storage needs
- Maintain a clean and organized storage facility
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
- Create and maintain accurate records of rental agreements, payments, and customer information
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an assistant manager or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling payments and calculating rental fees
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
- Knowledge of the local market to effectively price units and negotiate rental agreements
