What you will do -
The Segmentation Analyst will be a subject matter expert in the production and delivery of high quality Pre-Operative Plans, they will assist and advise the Senior Supervisor in driving team training and performance and running day-to-day tasks.
- Enter segmentation request data into data base.
- Review CR scans for conformity to required protocol
- Segment CT Scan Data using specialized software to create 3D
Anatomical Bone Models. - Create Pre-Operative Surgical Plans for robotically assisted Total Hip
and Total Knee Arthroplasty. - Review CT segmentations and Surgical Plans for accuracy of
anatomical landmark selection, and implant sizing and positioning. - Upload completed Pre-plans to field based personnel.
- Document all activities according to prescribed methods and
procedures. - Follow work instructions exactly to deliver consistent output
- Serve as the senior problem solver for technical issues
- Respond to and provide direct customer feedback and requests
- Help drive team performance in coordination with the Planner and
Senior Supervisor - Assist in the training and development of Senior and Lead
Segmentation Representatives - Develop with the Senior Supervisor and Manager the development of
new technologies or techniques for department use - Serve as a super-user for any new or in-development technologies or
techniques applicable to the business
What you need -
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree -preferred.
- 5+ years of work experience required, or bachelor's degree in leu of experience
- Treatment Design Application (TDA) Certified (completed with sign off)
- Must have the ability to work Second Shift, 3:30pm - 12:00am EST
- Must have the ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend(s) and evening(s) as needed
- Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft office suite is required; experience with Salesforce or Legacy software -preferred
Additionally, you will need -
- Work experience in Segmentation, Graphic Design or Medical Device
Manufacturing is preferred - Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft office suite is required,
candidates with experience in Salesforce or Materialize MIMICS are
preferred - Certification or related experience in Radiology (CT, X-Ray, MRI) preferred
- Certification in Nursing or related field preferred
- College level anatomy course completion preferred
- Demonstrated customer service orientation. Demonstrated interpersonal
and communication skills preferred - Demonstrated efficient work methods and an ability to handle multiple
tasks in a fast-paced environment
