Job Description
Our client, a well-known tech organization, is looking for an Account Representative to handle Merchant outreach.
Location: REMOTE
Pay: $16.50 - $17.24
Hours:
Support hours will be shifting to 7 days a week 9 am-9 pm EST shortly. In that time there will be different shifts candidates might be assigned. AM Shift: 9 am-5 pm EST Mid Shift: 11 am-7 pm EST or 12 pm-8 pm EST PM Shift: 1 pm-9 pm EST - We do our very best to take scheduling requests into account but it does depend to some degree on other team members availability.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to merchants that use Bbot's ordering platform
- Manage Tier 1 support, including managing the ticket queue via email and text message, and providing phone or video support when necessary
- Investigate and resolve complex technical troubleshooting cases
- Diagnose and remedy failure points
- Address merchant issues with empathy and urgency
- Communicate with merchants and teammates efficiently, professionally, and confidently
- Use de-escalation tactics and call management skills to handle upset customers
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 1 year of work experience in customer service with a preference given to those with a background in hospitality
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Toast, Square, Upserve, Micros, Aloha, NCR, or Revel POS
- Familiarity with G-Suite, Slack, Atlassian, and Salesforce
