Key Responsibilities:

• Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to handing over the keys.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of Volkswagen vehicles and competitor models to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Achieve individual sales goals while contributing to the team's overall success.
• Stay up-to-date with new products, features, and inventory.
• Participate in our top-flight training program, designed to set you up for success.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalen.
• Previous sales experience is preferred but not necessary.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively    with diverse clientele.
• A positive, customer-first attitude, and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
