Job Summary
Our office Massage Therapist will provide therapeutic, deep tissue massages tailored to
the patients needs to help them to create new, healthier muscle holding patterns and to
complement their chiropractic adjustments. The Massage Therapist will work closely with
the chiropractic physician in analyzing and understanding x-rays in regards to how it
relates to the spine. The Massage Therapist is a part of the team helping the patient
work towards achieving their health goals established in the office and in their life.

Responsibilities
Perform massage therapy for up to 60 minutes
25-27 contact hours per week.
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:00-12:00pm, 2:00pm-6:00pm
Tuesday: 12:00pm-6:00pm
Friday: 8:00am-12:00pm
Engage in customer service activities and maintain a positive and professional
attitude at all times with patients
Arrive well before appointments in order to prepare for massage therapy
sessions
Meet with Clinic Director to discuss case specifics
Schedule patients for massage therapy sessions
Promote and schedule continued massage therapy appointments
Promote use of supplementation
Training will be provided.
Call patients to follow-up on missed massage therapy sessions
Full adherence to hand washing and personal hygiene requirements
Consistent maintenance and cleaning of equipment/massage rooms
Requirements
Valid Massage Therapy License in the State of Florida
Customer Service Experience
Ability to Work as Part of a Team
