You will assist the Executive chef in all aspects of kitchen management and will be provided with the training and support necessary to succeed in your role and to take on additional responsibilities as you progress in your career.

Responsibilities may include preparing and cooking food, following instructions and recipes, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, inventory management, training & development, and contributing to a positive work environment.

For our Line Cook/Prep Cook positions, you will work closely with our leadership team and ensure the delivery of high-quality dishes to our guests. You will be responsible for managing your work station, preparing and cooking food, and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are met.
