Seeking Babysitters in Charlotte, NC for AS-NEEDED jobs

The Nanny Haven is seeking experienced Babysitters in Charlotte, NC to become apart of their team for as-needed care for our clients in Charlotte, NC. Must have at least 3 years of babysitting experience, pass a background check, provide 3 references, be CPR/First-Aid Certified, and LOVE children!

Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and responsible childcare to children of various ages
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities, such as educational games, arts and crafts, and outdoor play
- Prepare meals and snacks for children
- Assist with homework and educational activities
- Maintain a clean and organized play area
- Follow parents' instructions regarding child's routines, discipline, and any specific needs or preferences
- Ensure children's safety at all times

Skills:
- Experience working with children, either through nannying, babysitting, daycare, or other childcare roles
- Knowledge of infant care, including feeding, diapering, and soothing techniques
- Ability to engage and educate children through age-appropriate activities
- Basic first aid knowledge and ability to handle minor injuries or emergencies
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both children and parents
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 10 per week
