Job Description:
As our Airbnb Handyman Extraordinaire, you'll be the go-to superhero for all things maintenance and improvement. Your mission will include:
- Tackling a variety of maintenance tasks, from fixing leaky faucets to adjusting door hinges.
- Putting on your creative hat to enhance the visual appeal of our properties through small-scale renovations and decor updates.
- Perform routine property inspections to identify maintenance needs.
- Address general maintenance tasks promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Proven experience in general maintenance and repairs.
- Strong attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving.
- Basic proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting.
- Creativity and an eye for aesthetics to contribute to property improvements.
