St. Joseph of the Pines is currently seeking a part-time Security & Transportation Officer. The primary function of this position is to maintain the safety of the SJP campus (buildings, grounds, and inhabitants) in a timely and respectful manner.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Meeting and coordinating visits with residents, visitors, vendors and SJP staff through phone calls, emails and personal conversations.
- Observing and appropriately responding to SARA calls.
- Responsible for recording, reporting, and following up on medical emergencies with residents as well as suspicious activities on campus.
- Transporting residents to and from appointments.
Education and Experience:
- Qualified candidates will be professional, trustworthy, courteous and self-motivated.
- Driving record must meet organizational standards prior to qualifying for employed
- High School diploma or GED required.
