Security/Scheduling Support

Peerless Technologies is seeking a Security and Scheduling Support at the Standoff Munitions Application Center at Barksdale AFB. Duties include:

• Planning, monitoring, and tracking specified SMAC scheduling commitments, and points of contact for all scheduled events and recommend changes to same to conserve Government resources and remain within established funding constraints.
• Assist with maintaining and coordinating the SMAC calendar on both classified and unclassified systems and ensuring that all security and logistical requirements are met including visit requests and foreign clearance requirements for all SMAC travelers.
• Assist with Security Manager duties.
• Assist with tracking and ensuring security credentialing for all SMAC site visitors.

Requirements

• At least three (3) years of relevant experience with exercise and planning conference administration, policies, and procedures to develop an adequate training program.
• At least one (1) year of relevant experience with Air Force security management including using the Defense Information Security System (DISS). Relevant years of experience using Joint Personnel Adjudication Systems (JPAS) can be applied.
• At least three (3) years of relevant experience tracking program expenditures, formulating planning assumptions and forecasting outcomes.
• At least one (1) year of relevant experience creating, managing, tracking and reporting on schedules affecting mission accomplishment and travel logistics.
• Demonstrated relevant experience utilizing and applying DoD, AF and MAJCOM directives, concepts, procedures, guidance and policy.
• Prefer relevant experience at an Air and Space Operations Center (AOC).
• Expected travel.
• A Top Secret (TS) security clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)
