Nature's Grace and Wellness is seeking a full-time Security Transit Driver to join our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual that is comfortable driving anywhere in Missouri. Hours may vary based on delivery schedule and on-site production schedules.
Responsibilities for Security Transit Positions
- Operate & maintain our Transit Vehicles
- You may also be responsible for maintaining inventories, supply requests, and work orders.
- Identifying potential maintenance on Transit Vehicles.
- Keeping a clean and orderly "work area".
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
- Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel.
- Makes periodic patrols to check for irregularities and to inspect protection devices and fire control equipment.
- Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises.
- Controls access to client site or facility through the admittance process
- Patrols assigned site on foot or in vehicle; checks for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical problems, and unauthorized persons.
- Protects evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations.
- Responds to incidents of fire, medical emergency, bomb threat, flooding, water discharge, elevator emergency, hazardous materials, inclement weather, and other incidents.
- Prepares logs and reports as required.
Qualifications for Security Transit Positions
- No CDL Required
- Use of simple navigation systems such as google maps/GPS etc.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Comfortable making decisions independently.
- Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short notice.

- Must be 21 years of age to apply
- Must be able to pass a federal background check
- Must have a clean driving record
