Security Superviser

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations and ensuring the safety of our premises, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel
- Assist in hiring security guards
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the premises are secure
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems
- Respond to incidents and emergencies in a timely manner
- Investigate security breaches and prepare detailed incident reports
- Train security staff on proper procedures and protocols
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed
- Maintain accurate records of security-related incidents and activities

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role
- Certificate in Security Management or related field is preferred
- Strong knowledge of loss prevention techniques and security best practices
- Familiarity with CCTV systems, access control systems, and other security equipment
- Proficient in surveillance techniques and emergency response procedures
- First aid and CPR certification is a plus
- Background in law enforcement or military service is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle conflicts and difficult situations effectively
