Security Site Manager oversee and manage site activity within a designated geographical area. Conduct routine inspections and audits of security personnel to ensure proper implementation of security procedures & protocol.

• 
  Interact with all guests (clients and visitors) in a professional demeanor
• Foster client relationships through continuous communication and support
• Develop and implement site-specific security policies to successfully execute contract
• Ensure officers are performing all assigned duties including but not limited to time

• Review and verify all reports and logs for accuracy
• Address and rectify all employee relation and payroll concerns in a timely manner
• Recruit, hire and train officers to ensure operational performance and coverage is met
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance (uniform and equipment)
• Utilize approved security equipment (CCTV, radios, computers/tablets etc.)
• Effectively communicate all pertinent information to team in a timely manner
• Manage security personnel including but not limited to scheduling, counseling and or

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance (uniform and equipment)
• Perform yard check audits on a daily basis.
• Conduct performance evaluations of staff at regular intervals.
• Ensure Schedules are always covered per client service agreement specs.
• Order access cards, equipment, and uniforms for all staff that require them.
• Conduct audits of payroll for accuracy daily.
• Research potential payroll issues when they are reported and report findings to corp.

• 
  Must be at least 21 years of age
• Security licensing (if applicable)
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving history (Required)
• High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of two years previous security supervision or leadership experience required
• Flexible/ on- call schedule availability
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Attentive to detail
• Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience utilizing security equipment and protocols required
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
