About the job:
Our Officers are the face of both GardaWorld and our client. You will provide a first impression to any/all who you come in contact with and will be expected to project professionalism while embodying all stakeholders' core values.
Security Operations Officer - In addition to the above, a Security Operations Center (SOC) Officer is considered a leadership position. responsible for the following:
- Assist security team with security related issues from a security command center
- Dispatch for access control for all sectors
- Answers questions for tenants and be able to guide them through the facility
- Able to use reporting software at an intermediate level
- Able to communicate via radio with appropriate etiquette
- Ability to provide excellent customer Service-Greet and welcome all vendors, visitors, employees
- Verify all employees entering building, Issue temp badges to employees and visitors,
- Answer incoming calls, Respond to electronic correspondences
- Follow uniform guidelines and appearance
- Access control-Verify all visitors who enter the property and enter in computer database
- Escorts of visitors of the building to their destination
- Provide relief to other security officers on duty
- Verify all visitors/employees who enter the facility
- Create and deactivate badges; Monitor CCTV cameras.
Your background:
- ACTIVE Arizona guard card
- 1-2 year of security guard experience (minimum)
- 21 years of age (preferred)
- High School/ GED completion
- must ace (pass) background check & drug screen
- must have a valid driver's license clean MVR
- exceptional customer service/ interpersonal skills
- intermediate computer literacy with reporting software relating to Tri-Trac, Access Platforms, Life Saving Systems, Alarm Systems
- If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better!
