Security Operations Center Analyst

Job Description:
The Strategic Operations Center Analyst will play a key role in monitoring, analyzing, and providing insights on various operational aspects of the company. This role involves working closely with different departments and agencies to gather and interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable Intelligence and strategies to optimize our operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

The SOC Analyst will be responsible for:

• Monitoring a wide array of Intel systems and pushing information to field personnel.
• Creating heat-maps and additional mapping overlays for field personnel.
• Detecting and assessing risks and advising field personnel in a timely manner.
• Staffing field positions, dispatching assignments and managing teams in the field.
• Receiving / Disseminating mission critical information to personnel and management.
• Reporting occurrences and determining their impact on business operations, field personnel, and client assets.
• Evaluating situations as they occur and determining the proper level of escalation needed to get matters resolved.

Qualifications:

Candidates should -

• Be able to think quickly, multi-task, problem solve, prioritize, and coordinate responses in a fast-paced work environment.
• Be tech savvy and proficient in the use of Google Workspace apps as well as other modern technology platforms.
• Be able to write accurate and concise reports for team members and management.
• Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Be detail oriented and have a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Must be willing to undergo pre-employment background screening.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
