```Responsibilities```
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety of all individuals
- Monitor surveillance cameras and report any suspicious activities or incidents
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, including medical situations
- Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering the premises
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of daily activities
```Skills```
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Valid security certificate or license
- Proficiency in surveillance techniques and CCTV operation
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Knowledge of law enforcement procedures and regulations
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions
- Experience in loss prevention is a plus
