Job Offers and Contingencies
If your qualifications match our openings and you are made an offer of employment, all offers will be contingent upon the following conditions being met satisfactorily. Such contingencies must be met prior to commencing employment.
Failure to meet all contingencies satisfactorily will result in the offer of employment being rescinded. In the event that a candidate may be allowed to commence work while waiting for the results of the contingencies, the employment would terminate immediately if any of the above contingencies is not satisfied. Offers of employment must be in writing, signed, and authorized by Human Resources in order to be valid. Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Conduct routine access patrols to ensure that only authorized personnel enter the construction site.
- Verify identification and credentials of individuals seeking access.
- Monitor access points and enforce site-specific security protocols.
Observation and Reporting:
- Maintain constant vigilance and attentiveness to observe and report any suspicious activities or individuals.
- Document and report incidents, accidents, or unusual occurrences promptly and accurately.
- Communicate effectively with the central security control room and other relevant personnel.
Patrolling:
- Conduct regular patrols of the construction site, paying special attention to high-risk areas.
- Collaborate with other security personnel to coordinate patrolling efforts and ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Respond promptly to alarms or distress calls and take appropriate action.
- Emergency Response:
- Assist in emergency situations, including fire drills, evacuations, and other safety-related incidents.
- Follow established emergency response procedures and protocols.
Absolute International Security (AIS) is a licensed Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) Private Patrol Operator that provides security services spanning the greater Los Angeles Area, including Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. Due to our rapid growth and the increasing number of client accounts, we are now looking for professional BSIS-certified Security Officers to join our team.
