JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
- Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site.
- Respond quickly to critical situations.
- Ability to read and write detailed reports.
- Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards.
- Inbound and outbound entry responsibilities for all semi trucks, vendors, and contractors.
- Foot patrols of client compound grounds (will cover multiple miles of walking during a shift).
- Lobby console responsibilities.
- Securing doors within the client facility.
- Alarm system monitoring.
- CCTV monitoring (closed-circuit television)
- Access control responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:
- At least 18 years of age applicable law or contractual requirements.
- Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time.
- Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED).
- Pass an extensive screening process.
- Security, Military, and Law Enforcement Experience Preferred but not required.
- KCMO security license or ability to obtain.
- CPR/first aid certification (will help to obtain).
- Strong customer service skills.
- Entry Level.
