Security Officer- 3Rd Shift - $18.50/Hr

Sunstates Security is currently hiring3rd ShiftSecurity Officer in Salt Lake City. This position is for Graveyard and Weekend shiftwith a pay rate of $18.50/hour,paid weekly. The right candidate will combine security experience with a customer service mind set.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of security-related management experience - preferably in the private security industry
• Ability to hold state security licensure for the state
• Must be a resident of Utah
• Must be able to provide a demonstrated record of 6,000 hours of compensated experience as a manager, supervisor, or administrator of a contract security company or armored car company or 6,000 hours of supervisory experience with a federal, US military, state, county, or municipal law enforcement agency
• Ability to pass state Security Services Licensing Board examination and all background screens associated
• Ability to travel and work at multiple site locations (knowledge of the area is required) and be available for all days and shifts
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR required

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives. Sun123
