THE JOB:
The Security Investigative Analyst will support security investigations across the enterprise by compiling, examining, and analyzing information necessary to conduct thorough and complete investigations. The Security Investigative Analyst will identify trends and collaborate with investigators and external stakeholders for risk mitigation. The Security Investigative Analyst will have primary responsibility for ensuring reporting data is consistent across Security enterprise wide. They will drive consistency and accuracy in Security reports.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Research, compile, and analyze pertinent information from various sources in support of security investigations across the enterprise to identify trends, drive priorities, and standardize responses from Corporate, Property investigators, and Property Security Teams. This information may be time sensitive and will need to be provided immediately.
  • Prepare methodical, articulate, factual, and timely reports and/or studies in support of analysis to advise investigators and leadership of relevant information required for thorough investigations.
  • Assist in the development of processes to triage tips and leads to identify connections in investigations across the enterprise and prioritize workloads. Prepare and maintain investigative files through case management systems in collaboration with stakeholders and all enterprise investigative functions.
  • Collaborate with MGMRI internal and external stakeholders to deconflict investigative matters and identify efficiencies for solutions. Analyze operations to produce recommendations that correct liabilities in alignment with compliance standards.
  • Monitor and report on emerging trends by maintaining a current database for Security Executives on open, closed, and pending investigations to mitigate risk and identify patterns of behavior directed toward the company, its employees, and guests.
  • Collaborate with local, federal, and international law enforcement and regulatory agencies to gather and share information.
  • Attend and present at intelligence-sharing meetings with external stakeholders and internal leadership on a weekly basis.
  • Collects, evaluates, analyzes, integrates, and disseminates information related to crime actors that establish links between known or suspected criminal actors; prepares intelligence reports and graphic presentations on statistical data; presents findings to internal stakeholders and personnel.
  • Provide ad-hoc intelligence analysis support to internal personnel and other key stakeholders.
  • Produces and disseminates both tactical and strategic level reports.
  • Analyze and summarize large-scale data for Investigations and Security executives.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in criminal justice, international relations, intelligence, or a closely related field or equivalent experience.
  • One (1+) year of experience analyzing statistics and information.
