Yarmouth Comprehensive Treatment Center, located in Yarmouth, MA is part of Acadia Healthcare's Comprehensive Treatment Centers, the leading provider of medication-assisted treatment in the nation. Your Job as a Security Guard/Driver:
The Security Guard is responsible for monitoring any and all persons and/or vehicles entering or leaving clinic property. They will provide support to all staff as needed to ensure a safe environment is maintained. The Security Guard is responsible for safety and security communication to supervisor.
The Security Guard may operate as a Van Driver that will transport our mobile team of nurses and counselors to Wellfleet, MA then back to Yarmouth Comprehensive Treatment Center. Responsibilities include but not limited to: transporting staff to and from the clinic, taking work orders for trips, doubling as security, and operating wheelchair lifts as needed.
Your Responsibilities as a Security Guard:

• Assists, direct and monitors all persons entering and leaving the clinic property;
• Keeps accurate log books, as required; directs emergency personnel arriving on facility property and maintains flow of traffic during emergencies, such as fire drills;
• Communicates regarding incoming admissions, visits and deliveries to appropriate staff;
• Monitors parking area to ensure that no loitering or misconduct takes place, monitor lobby area, and do frequent sweeps of the entire building, always interact with staff and patients in a professional manner, report any suspicious behavior to the Clinic Director and/or supervisors; and,
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Your Education, Skills and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience working in a healthcare or patient/customer facing setting preferred
• Minimum of two years' experience in the security, corrections, or military
• Must be comfortable with working in an addiction recovery environment

Licenses/Certifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must a valid U.S. driver's license
• Yearly MVRs
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred, not required
