Pay Rate: $22.00 / hour Bi-Weekly

GardaWorld is the world's largest privately owned security services company. We protect our clients' staff and assets, wherever they are in the world. GardaWorld Security Services is looking for an Account Manager to fulfill the duties as a liaison between our clients and our company.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:

• A strong background in contract security site management of large account.
• Security experience in scheduling, training, supervising, etc.
• Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client's desires
• Proactively maintaining communication channels via phone, email, or face-to-face meetings
• Supervise the day-to-day service provided to the client and ensure service is of the highest standard
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and employees, and serve as the liaison between GardaWorld, our client, and our assigned staff
• Meet regularly with clients to address problems, provide status updates, communicate needs, and ensure satisfaction
• Participate in the selection, orientation, training, and continual development of staff assigned to the account
• Ensure 100% payroll and billing accuracy
• Ensure 100% compliance with federal, state, and local regulations in assigned account
• Respond quickly to critical situations
• Ability to read and write detailed reports
• Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards
• Comfort working on call after hours and weekends

Working Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
  • 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 21 years of age
• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum one year of progressive management experience
• Ability to undergo and pass an extensive pre-employment screening process
• Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
