```Duties```
- Patrol premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property
- Remove trespassers or unwanted individuals from the area
- Secure all exits, doors, and windows after the end of operations
- Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify any suspicious activity
- Investigate alarms or disturbances and take appropriate action
- Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences
- Call emergency services in case of an emergency or when necessary
```Qualifications```
- Proven work experience as a Security Guard or relevant position
- Ability to operate surveillance systems and emergency equipment
- Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
- Proficient in conflict management and resolution techniques
- Familiarity with CCTV systems, loss prevention, and access control
- First Aid/CPR certification is a plus
- Military or law enforcement background is a plus
