The Ideal candidate should posses the following:
- Positive Attitude
- Exceptional customer service skills, both written and verbal
- Candidate should be comfortable using both phones and tablets
- Comfortable walking/sitting/standing for long periods of time.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Looking for atleast 1 year experience in Camera & Alarm systems, but will train the right candidate.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside of the box.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work in a team environment with cross-functional responsibilities and adaptability.
- Posses effective written and oral communication and can deal with all site personnel and the public in a professional and effective manner.
- Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Able To:
- Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain, snow, or heat
- Program, install, test, troubleshoot, and maintain low voltage camera systems.
- Installation of required cabling, surveillance, and alarm systems
- Maintain records with accurate documentation.
- Keep security information confidential.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending industry training, seminars, webinars, ect.
