As a leading provider of IT and Security solutions for companies and governments around the globe, Ivanti's customer require validation that our solutions are secure and that our policies and processes meet their needs for Security and relevant industry standards.
Most customers require us to complete questionnaires about our practices and certifications prior to signing a contract and as part of annual renewals. These questionnaires can cover several areas:
- Security (physical, cyber, network and operational)
- Legal and contracts
- Privacy
- Contractual
- Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG)
- Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
- Human Resources
- Policies and Procedures
- Corporate Information
What You Will Be Doing:
The Security and Compliance Analyst is part of the Global Proposal Services (GPS) team. This team currently manages all customer questionnaires as well as all RFx that are responded to. As part of our continuing process improvement, we are looking to add this role to specialize in customer questionnaires to provide better service to our field sales team.
The Security and Compliance Analyst will work with existing knowledge bases, outsourced security support and several departments across Ivanti to complete these questionnaires. Our goal is to become more efficient and faster at completing questionnaires so sales can close more deals faster and meet revenue targets. This is an individual contributor role but coordinates the efforts of stakeholders around Ivanti.
The successful person in this role will simultaneously manage multiple (~5-10) request for support from the field sales team. They will exceed SLAs (2 weeks) to return completed questionnaires to the field using internal systems and processes. They will make effective and efficient use of the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and build relationships across the organization. They will gain knowledge to become more self-sufficient in responding to questionnaires. They will always look for ways to improve our processes and generate revenue.
To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have:
- Understanding of purpose and content of major certifications and frameworks such as SOC2, ISO, FedRAMP, VPAT, and EcoVadis, GDPR,
- Understanding of common security, compliance and privacy concepts and principles
- Basic understand of standard sales lifecycle.
- Basic knowledge of SalesForce CRM
- SaaS platform solutions

While this role is new to Ivanti, there are well established processes and guidelines for completing this work to ensure success. Ivanti meets several standards such as SOC2 Type 2, multiple ISO certifications and has several published policies that support customer confidence and provide evidence of our commitment to Security and Compliance.
You will work with experts in all these areas to gain knowledge and efficiently complete questionnaires quickly so that deals close on time. This is a great role to gain experience and skills in several areas that could lead to a career in many areas.
