HealthEquity is hiring! Come join us as a Security Analyst in our Identity and Access Management Security Team.
As a Security Analyst within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Governance team, you will be responsible for ensuring secure, timely, and efficient identity lifecycle management within HealthEquity's technologies. As a member of the Access Operations Team, you are responsible for ensuring employees and business partners have the necessary access in the needed timeframes while balancing a security first mindset with exceptional customer service. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently, interaction with internal IT and business customers, as well as collaboration with a dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of access management concepts and technologies.
What you'll be doing
- Access Governance:
- Implement access governance processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations and IAM principles.
- Identity Lifecycle Management:
- Manage the end-to-end identity lifecycle, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and account maintenance.
- Implement automation solutions to streamline identity management processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Risk Management:
- Work closely with the cybersecurity team to respond to incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Contribute to a balanced security-first and customer service culture.
- Team Cooperation:
- Partner with your team of IAM professionals; collaborate, support initiatives, and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful support of IAM tasks.
What you will need to be successful
- Experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint IdentityNow, NERM, OneTrust, etc.
- Working knowledge of on-prem Active Directory and Entra ID
- Strong Excel skills
- PowerShell scripting
- Ability to influence others and engage in difficult conversations to maintain process and privacy, improve security, and meet audit requirements.
- Experience in end-user interaction in developing, documenting, and implementing business roles and procedures.
- Identify issues, risks, and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, engage others for support, and align or realign resolution responsibilities as needed.
- Implement process improvements within the team and educate others when processes change.
- Bachelor's degree, or the equivalent years' related experience

Salary Range$28.85 To $32.00 / hourBenefits & PerksThe compensation range describes the typical minimum or maximum base pay range for this position. The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. This position will be eligible for performance-based incentives as part of the total compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits including:
