Job Description

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Secured CardCredit Review Supervisor. The ideal candidate will oversee a team of six professionals, ensuring efficient and effective processes for rebuilding, reviewing, opening, and upgrading Secured Card accounts. This role requires strong leadership abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and a deep understanding of Credit Review procedures.

Responsibilities

• Team Supervision: Provide leadership and guidance to a team of six individuals responsible for Secured CardCredit Review processes.
• Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy in rebuilding, reviewing, opening, and upgrading Secured Card accounts.
• Account Review: Oversee the review of Secured Card accounts to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Customer Support:Collaborate with customer service teams to address inquiries and resolve issues related to Secured Card accounts.. **Performance Management:** Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations for team members.
• Training and Development Develop training programs and materials to onboard new team members and enhance the skills of existing staff.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of accuracy and completeness in Secured Card account management.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with Secured Card account activities, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and regulatory guidelines.
• Reporting: Generate regular reports on team performance, account review outcomes, and key metrics for management review.
• Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including compliance, legal, and finance, to support organizational goals and initiatives.

Schedule is fulltime M-F 8 hr days with start time between 7am-8am

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Strong knowledge of Secured Card products, credit scoring models, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proven leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and credit management software.

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there’s an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
