Secuity Guard

Old Stump Brewing Co. is looking for an experienced part time Security Guard for our tasting room. Candidate must have a minimum of two years bar experience and have great customer service skills, as well as, possess good observational skills. Our security will work closely with the Tasting Room Manager to ensure the safety of our customers and staff.

Responsibilities:
· Must ID customers & check bags at the door

· Ensure positive customer service by interacting with customers

· Surveil exterior of building/parking lot

· Monitor entrances & exits

· Must make sure customers are safe & deescalate any aggressive situations

· Provide back up support if an incident occurs

· Must report any and all accidents/incidents & fill out an incident report

· Follow all guidelines and procedures set by the ABC

Skills:
· 2+ years of security bar experience

· Must be available to work Fri & Sat in the evening until midnight

· RBS certified

· Physically able to stand, sit & walk for long periods of time

· Must be at least 21 years old

· Must be calm, courteous & professional

· Be a team player and enjoy working with others

·Must be punctual, reliable & honest
