We are actively searching for a Secretary/Nurse Tech. This position provides direct care for pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. They assist patients in transfers for testing procedures, prep patients and set up equipment for testing procedures, collect specimens for lab analysis, and provide personal care to the patient. Key skills are performing EKG's, phlebotomy, and removal of Foley's when needed. They also provide clerical support for the department at the main unit desk station.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate must have a current Maryland State C.N.A. licensure, and be certified through the American Heart Association for Healthcare Provider CPR. Looking for compassionate, hardworking, team-oriented applicants. Must be computer oriented. Exceptional customer relations skills and phone etiquette required. Must be organized and multitask oriented to handle a fast-paced and demanding schedule. Medical terminology required.
