We are currently accepting applications for the following position:
SECRETARY TO THE VICE PRINCIPAL/GUIDANCE
(12 Month Position)
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have a minimum of two years of successful experience in a related secretarial or office position, or be a graduate of a recognized program of secretarial studies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Familiar with student information system platforms
• Working knowledge of purchasing/accounting systems, preferred
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, using proper grammar and vocabulary
• Demonstrate appropriate telephone etiquette
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Exhibit a personality that demonstrates enthusiasm and interpersonal skills to relate well with students, staff, administration, parents and the community, including challenging situations
