Second Shift Video Security Watchman ($16 p/h)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Schedule: Can be full time or part time hours on either/both shift times of 4pm -12am or 12am - 8am.

Pay: Starting at $16 per hour

The Night Watchman will be responsible for detecting any suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, thefts or other criminal behavior through video surveillance of each of our locations. The Night Watchman will be responsible for receiving all incoming calls and handling customer service issues during assigned work hours. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of observation as well as incredible customer service skills. The goal is to help the company in maintaining excellent customer service and by keeping our facilities safe and problem-free.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

● Monitor Surveillance cameras to identify and safety issues and identify unwanted individuals inside our facilities

● Contact law enforcement as needed to remove trespassers from facilities
● Intercept all incoming calls during assigned hours
● Provide exceptional customer service
● Ensure alarms are set and cleared as needed
● Record facility issues in the company repair log
● Submit reports of surveillance activity and any customer service issues
● All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

● Solid verbal and written communication skills required
● Excellent surveillance and observation skills and attention to detail
● Intermediate level proficiency with Google Docs and Sheets and Gmail
● Experience with customer service
● Familiarity with report writing
● Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
● High School diploma or equivalent is required
