Coversafe, Inc. is a reputable and rapidly growing dealer/installer of Automatic Pool Covers with operations in multiple states across the country. We are looking for Part-time Warehouse Associate to join our team! Candidates will be responsible for assisting in field installations, and repairs across various locations. The ideal candidate will be a motivated team player who is reliable, willing to learn, and who is able to keep up with a fast-paced environment. Pool cover experience is not required. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse that meets minimum safety standards. They work under the direction of the service center leader or supply chain manager to carry out the tasks of receiving, storage, shipping of inventory as well as performing & recording regular inventory counts.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse meeting safety standards
- Receive incoming shipments into our operations software (PTW)
- Responsible for putting away and storage of inventory
- Fill Wash UV and Hydro Fluid Daily as needed
- Identify any missing, lost or damaged materials and work with supply chain manager and shipper to resolve
- Ensure any outgoing shipments are safely and securely packed and labeled for shipping
- Weekly cleaning of warehouse and any office spaces
- Check and Refill Parts Bins & Carts as needed
- Perform weekly inventory and record in operations software (PTW)
- Perform maintenance and or minor repairs as needed around the premises
- Process and track warranty claims (RMA) with suppliers
- Work with the service center leader to coordinate warehouse repairs and maintenance
- Responsible for the occasional transport of parts or supplies to technicians in the field
- Purchase warehouse supplies as directed by the service center leader
- Additional assigned duties or special projects as needed
Requirements
- Understanding of the shipping and receiving process
- Able to use a fork lift properly, following safety standards
- Able to use technology to receive and document incoming shipments
- Able to work on feet for up to 8 hours and to lift and carry up to 90 pounds
- Basic knowledge of the use of hand and power tools
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to work safely and independently
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Salary Description
16-20/hour
