Seasonal Tax Preparer

Responsibilities:

Tax preparation for a Pacific Northwest (Pacific Time Zone) based firm, utilizing cloud platform.

• Tax preparation for individual (1040) and company returns
• Check returns against receipts, 1099s and W2s for accuracy and ensure there is no missing information
• Conduct tax preparation research as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous tax preparation experience required
• Proficiency in Lacerte or similar tax preparation software
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
