We treat our clients as if we are part of their team, arming them with the financial information they need to make better business decisions and succeed as business owners.

If you are sick of overworking during tax season then this is the right position for you. We take a limited amount of clients and serve our clients throughout the year. This is a year-long consistent position.

Our growing virtual accounting firm is seeking a Seasonal Tax Preparer.

This position will be working directly with clients, their bookkeeping team, and account managers on client tax strategy, then the remainder of the time on the execution of tax filings.

Technical skills: QuickBooks Online & ProConnect, Word, Microsoft Suite, and overall, technologically savvy. MUST have prior experience in tax preparation.

Day-to-day position:

• Tax Preparation for mostly LLC & S Corp businesses
• Collect relevant financial records
• Input data from financial records into tax software
• Complete and file tax documents with appropriate agencies
• Work with clients by providing tax strategies
• Work with clients to understand their business and personal tax returns
• Build customer relationships to promote and expand the business
• Prepare and file payroll and sales tax returns
• Other projects and assignments as needed.
