Talent AcquisitionCoordinatorsare responsible forsupporting the recruitment efforts for the 1-800-Flowers.com locations in Ohio.This is a SEASONALTalent Acquisitionpositionto support high volume hiring during the most important gifting months of the year. Ideal candidates willpossessexcellent customer service skills,highlevel of accuracy, and mustmaintainconfidentiality.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES
Major responsibilities of the position are listed below. To perform the job successfully, the individual must be able to execute each essential duty satisfactorily. Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Assistwith the full lifecycle recruiting process by screeningand interviewingcandidates(by phone and in person)

  • Greetapplicants and new hires in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provideexcellent customer serviceto internal and external stakeholders
  • Scheduleinterviews and orientations
  • Data entryof job postings, new hire information, andtracking information
  • Assistwithfacilitatingorientations,new hire paperwork, and I9verifications

  • General administrative support in theTalent Acquisitiondepartment
  • Assistwith planningandparticipationin job fairs, campus events, and other networking opportunities
  • Maintain reasonable and reliable attendance
  • Work extended hours, including weekends during peak season
  • May travel to other locations withinthe Central Ohio area

  • Other duties as assigned
