Seasonal Sales Associate MUST BE 18 or older

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Utilize product knowledge to recommend and upsell additional items or services
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and loss prevention
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience

Experience:
- Previous experience in wireless sales or technical sales is preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proven ability to effectively communicate, persuade, and sell products or services
