Scheduling Requirements:
- This is a seasonal position with weekend and holiday scheduling requirements.
- Weekend availability is essential, as well as the ability to work during peak holiday periods.
- Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

We are hiring for all service positions which include the following:
- Winter Service Technician
- Service + Rental Associate
The Job
We are searching for a group of diverse individuals to work in our service and rental shop who are passionate about our culture, the outdoors, and crafting exceptional experience for our guests. They will contribute to a team that is responsible for the store’s success through customer service, community engagement, and naturally striving to provide authentic and friendly customer experiences for all.
What you will do
- Work with a motivated team to elevate guest experiences while exceeding expectations in all situations through thoughtful and efficient problem solving
- Ensure all service shop tasks (tunes, mounts, waxes, etc.) are completed properly and on-time while delivering consistent and high-quality work
- Give credible, unbiased advice to customers during service check-ins and rental product selection.
- Seek opportunities to elevate the guest experience and exceed expectations through proactive, creative, and efficient problem solving
- Attend scheduled clinics/trainings and consistently improve personal knowledge of gear
- Thoroughly learn, understand, and evolve with dynamic store IT systems, programs, and operational procedures
- At times, all positions may be working as our greeter/host, ringing up customers on the POS, as well as processing and receiving incoming replenishment shipments
What you will need
- Work well in a team atmosphere and be self-motivated to deliver quality work
- Ability to effectively multitask in a high energy, fast-paced omni-channel retail environment
- Comfortable engaging with guests to ensure a welcoming environment for all
- Honest communicator who welcomes the exchange of direct feedback
- Comfortable working with their hands, on foot, and around machinery for 8-11 hours a day
- Reliable and able to work full day shifts, weekdays and weekends
- Must be available to work during the holidays with no planned vacations
- Service experience in the outdoor industry is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidates
